From 31st October to 2nd November, at the Headquarters of the Central Youth Union, the Organising Committee announced ten exemplary individuals from 37 nominations who were to be awarded the Golden Globe Award in Science and Technology, alongside 20 outstanding candidates from 70 entries who were recognised with the 17�Թ� Science and Technology Award for Female Students in 2022.

VNUHCM-University of Sciences was honoured to have two lecturers receive the Golden Globe Award in Science and Technology and two students awarded the 17�Թ� Science and Technology Award for Female Students. Specifically, the recipients were:

These awards are held annually by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Technology, aiming to honour individuals with notable achievements in the study and research of disciplines critical to national strategic priorities up to 2030. This includes the research, development, and application of digital technology and artificial intelligence, encouraging active participation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and promoting National Digital Transformation.
